How it works
Step 1: Complete Your Preferences Form
After selecting and purchasing your preferred package, you will receive a detailed form. This form asks for your personal preferences and specific requirements, such as location, budget range, property type, and any special needs or amenities you’re looking for.
Step 2: Connect with Your Savvy Representative
Once we receive your completed form, we will assign a dedicated Savvy Representative to you. This representative will thoroughly review your requirements and get in touch with you to discuss your needs in detail. Within 3 business days, they will provide you with personalized feedback on your requirements, budget, and preferred locations.
Additionally, they will send you a curated list of property listings that match your criteria, giving you a head start in finding your ideal rental home.
Step 3: Property Visits
Property visitations can be scheduled according to your convenience and the package you have chosen. You can visit properties personally, have the agent visit on your behalf, or both. The number of visits available will depend on the specific package you selected.
During these visits, our agents will provide honest and transparent feedback, highlighting important details such as the practicality of living in the property, the quality of the location, and the physical condition of the property.
Step 4: Secure Your Rental Agreement
Once you’ve selected a property, we will act as an intermediary with the landlord or agency to negotiate and finalize the rental agreement. Our goal is to secure a contract that protects the interests of both parties.
To ensure everything is in order, all contracts are reviewed by a lawyer, giving you peace of mind that your rights and obligations are clearly defined and legally sound.
Step 5: Ongoing Support
Even after you’ve moved into your new rental home, our support doesn’t end. If you need assistance with setting up utilities, installing appliances, handling any issues with the landlord, or any other rental-related support, we are here to help!
This ongoing support ensures you have a smooth and stress-free rental experience. (Please note that this service is included in all packages except the Basic.)

- Once you’ve purchased a pack, expect to hear from us within 1 business day. If you don’t see an email from us, please check your Spam folder.
- We are happy to negotiate any terms you see fit on your behalf. However, please note that the decision to accept said terms depend solely on the landlord.
- Please respect our staff’s time off. Our regular work hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. If you require assistance from our agents over the weekend, kindly schedule in advance. We cannot guarantee their availability during weekends.

Yes. Rental packages are pre-paid, service is only started after purchase of package on the website. Buying services a 20% down payment is required to start service and an advisory call must be booked for screening
Yes. We offer Free Clarifications Calls to discuss our services, package options, inclusions, limitations, and service details, including a walkthrough of our operations. Yes, We search the whole market, and do in person scouting and off market networking for our clients. But we can not guarantee we will find a match off market for each specific client.
We do not recommend doing this. In Portugal, the housing market is somewhat disorganized
with limited open houses. Trying to schedule visits on short notice relies heavily on luck and
the availability of the local representative. We suggest that rental services should be initiated 1 to 2 months before the planned start of contract. We recommend scheduling in person activities with your local representative with as much time ahead as possible as scheduling requests are answered by order of arrival.
